- a period of unusually dry, warm weather occurring in late autumn.
- a period of happiness or success occurring late in life.
Or isn't it?! Because it isn't late autumn here and I hope I still have a long life ahead of me so I'm not talking about the "Indian summer". I mean an actual summer in India, with days of 35°C that lock you inside your house, make you turn on all possible air conditioners and sit in front of one for al least 15 minutes to cool off from a short walk outside.
In this case I'm obviously talking about Mumbai and this crazy weather just turned up when we were wrapping up our sampling process for winter 2014. And when sampling is done we want to get footage as soon as possible! Which is what we've eagerly been doing for the past 2 days.
Now winter usually means sweaters, long pants, socks etc. so that is what we did. We scouted the city for stylish warm clothes to then torture models to wear them for our new lookbook and website shots in this unbearable heat. It cost us a lot of sweat (and more sweat) but the it's all over now so have a look at our behind-the-scenes images...
As you can see we've challenged our inner curiosity once again. We've shot the entire new lookbook at a local antique market so we promise you details of color and some idyllic mystery for the winter!
Stay tuned for the new winter collection which is set to launch on the 1st of november!
